StudentsHelp.org upgrades computers for Mountain View High School

1/9/99 (Mountain View, CA)

On 1/9/99 StudentsHelp.org configured and fixed a computer that is to be donated to Mountain View High School for classroom use. The computer that was configured was an old 486 Compaq which was just collecting dust and being stripped of parts.

Now, the computer will be used with various educational programs which will augment the students' learning environment. In addition, StudentsHelp.org in conjunction with Netscape Communications has donated some laptop computers which will be given to students to take home and use for school projects. This will especially help those students who don't have direct access to computers.
